It is important to note that all financial relationships are between you and your lender, not wangtambahan.com. We are not a lender and never act as such. As a service, we only match borrowers and financial institutions by offering a selection of companies that provide cash loans up to RM10000 for a period of 3 months.

The financial institution will determine its own policies regarding loan provision and payment. The borrower agrees to the terms remotely directly on the lender’s website. You may choose to accept or decline the terms offered in the loan agreement. Your agreement details the loan amount, currency, period of use for the funds, and your obligations.

Maximum/Minimum Repayment Periods and Maximum Interest Rate

The APR is the cost of borrowing a loan, expressed as a nominal annual interest rate. As wangtambahan.com is a credit broker and not a lender, we cannot guarantee a particular annual percentage rate. Annual percentage rates typically range from 0% to 18%. Repayment periods for loan products usually range from three months (91 days) to six months (180 days). Collection Policy

Most lenders will contact you through regular mail, email, or phone to change your payment terms. Failure to pay may result in interest accruals and/or increases and may affect your credit score. Continued failing to pay may result in the lender transferring your debt to a collection agency, which will lead to additional fees.

Consequences of Default

If you cannot repay on time, your lender may start the collection process as per the loan agreement. Your lender will often contact you to arrange an alternative repayment schedule. This could result in additional fees or interest. Lenders also have an option to file a lawsuit against you. Consider contacting your lender before missing a payment to find out what collection policy they have and discuss your repayment options.

Late Payments

Please contact your lender directly if you think that you cannot repay your loan on time. Lenders may be able to extend or renew your loan under the initial terms and conditions. Terms and late payment options vary by lender. Please note that late payments may result in additional fees or interest and may also negatively affect your credit score.

Extensions

wangtambahan.com does not recommend extending your loan. If you feel that you cannot repay your loan on time, then we strongly suggest you not taking it and recommend that you seek independent financial advice. However, should you decide that an extension is necessary, please discuss this option with your lender.
